4 gb? That's like 6 demos

It's a lot more memory than the previous arcade model.

It still isn't nowhere near enough, especially when it isn't even really 4gb, it's like 3.2, anything under 60GB in this day of gaming is a joke.

Newbt, it's 4GB of onboard memory - you will probably still be able to buy a hard drive for it at a later date.

I think this bundle, especially at this price, will be very popular. Although, I have to say that the Limited Edition Reach console looks pretty sweet.

So to upgrade to a bigger Hard Drive, what kind of price are we talking?

It's unknown, but knowing MS it'll cost ya. Technically, given the price difference between the new Arcade and the 360 S, it should only be about £50. Doubt it will work like that though.

The question was rhetorical. Of course the HDD is like $99 so that negates the attractive price of the console. So unless you pretty much plan to not download demos, videos, games or import music (stuff M$ touts) then the bundles actual cost would have to be $400 or more to actually have a decent size HDD capable of handling even the simplest of Xbox 360 functions.

The only issue I see there, Newbt is the downloadable games and demos. Videos are now streamed, and music can be streamed from the PC, so that's not an issue, and I rarely play the demos.

And also, you can use 32GB of storage with a flash drive, and they are quite cheap.

Ah, I forgot about the flash drive storage now, that definitely helps a little bit, at least for the casual gamer.
